- Due to sanitary purposes, there are NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON ALL PRODUCTS.
- If your order is couriered out to you & should there be a damage in transit, all reports must be emailed to: email@example.com within 24 HOURS of receiving your order. Reports after 24 HOURS will not be taken into consideration. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
- If you are unsure of the cuts of a certain item, please read the description for suggestions with regard to whether you should purchase the normal size that you wear OR if you should take one size bigger or smaller due to the cuts.
- You are welcome to email: firstname.lastname@example.org for size suggestions. "THE MISSING PIECE" will not be held responsible if the client results in failure of taking the suggestion into consideration.
- Failure in taking the right size can be exchanged on the following conditions:
1) Its reported within 24 HOURS upon receiving your parcel.
2) The size that you need is in stock.
3) All courier costs are at your expense.
